Review of HEART SEARCH: FOUND, Book 2 by Carlie M A Cullen

29 Jul

This is no ordinary vampire romance!

I’m a big fan of Carlie’s, Heart Search: Lost, the first book in the Heart Search trilogy, and can happily say Heart Search: Found, Book II did not disappoint.

It’s difficult to discuss without spoilers, but suffice it to say…

The story picks up right where Book One left off, and adds mysterious layers to an already rich story.

The many characters are interesting and gifted, and range in age from 10 months to 600 years! Ominous twists and turns continue to creep in as Remy’s and Joshua’s love story evolves in a ‘different’ way.

Ms. Cullen has a knack with unexpected plot twists that will keep readers on the edge of their seats!

If you haven’t done so already, go ahead and read Book I, “Lost” to appreciate the full intensity of the plot and its nuances. Then pick up “Found” and continue on a fascinating ride through this dark paranormal saga.

I’ve got a feeling we’re in for a TO-DIE-FOR Book III!

Check out this awesome trailer for HEART SEARCH: FOUND! It’s narrated by Ms. Cullen, who discusses her trilogy and provides interesting back story to boot. It’s one of the best I’ve seen, which starts at the beginning of it all and sets the mood of the stories just right. :0)

Thanks, Sherry. I think Carlie wrote both books during NaNoWriMo during the entire month of November. I’ll wait because I think the third will be the best…she’s got a lot going on in the background! :0)

Thank you so much for your fabulous review, Donna. I’m so glad you liked it.

BTW, I wrote most of book two during NaNoWriMo last year; the previous year I finished the first draft of book one about 5 days before NaNo started. 😉

I knew it was something like that, Carlie. I’ve got an MG novel that I am working to outline so, that this year, I will be prepared at least, to hit it out of the park!

So…when you starting Book III? Inquiring minds want to know! ;0)

Very soon – I hope. I’ve already got most of the prologue mapped out in my head and a list of things I need to make sure I tie the ends up of. I’ve also got a few curve balls planned *wicked chuckle*. I’ll let you know when I start pounding the keyboard!! 🙂
