SOMEONE ELSE’S FAIRYTALE

By E.M. TIPPETTS

Description: (from www.emtippetts.com)- Someone Else’s Fairytale: Jason Vanderholt is Hollywood’s hottest actor. Chloe Winters is a college student who hasn’t bothered to see most of his movies. When they meet by chance, she is underwhelmed but he is smitten. Chloe becomes the woman every other woman in America is dying to be, but it just isn’t her fairytale.

Here’s My Take: A Sweet and Clean Contemporary Fairytale-

I finished reading this book with tears streaming down my face; needless to say I loved it! The characters are smartly written and likeable (well most are), and come complete with real-life issues that readers of various ages will relate to. The unexpected twists and turns made it nearly impossible to put this book down. E.M. Tippetts wrote an endearing love story that I will surely recommend to my friends but I happily breathed a sigh of relief knowing that I can also gift this clean romance novel to my teen nieces as well! Without giving anything away, there’s an important message conveyed in the story with which teen readers just might take to heart after reading this lovely, contemporary fairy tale.

SOMEONE ELSE’S FAIRYTALE is available in both Kindle and print editions on Amazon, and at Barnes & Nobel and Smashbooks.

E.M. TIPPETTS’ BIO FROM AMAZON AUTHOR PAGE:

Thanks for commenting Shonnie. You have a very nice blog. Me, I’m just starting out on the author trail and on the treadmill!

Well, I have always dreamed of being an author! 🙂 The treadmill–Well–we have been friends for about 10 years now. 🙂

    • Donna L. Sadd February 13, 2012 at 1:39 pm #

I should have said that I was getting back on the treadmill. I too have been friends with mine for years and it helped me lose over 40 pounds a few years ago. I’ve managed to keep it off but recently gained about 10 pounds due to an injury…so it’s back to work I go!

    • Shonnie February 13, 2012 at 4:30 pm #

Yeah … I had a similar situation recently. I was over a 100 pounds lost then I gained 11 pounds. About 6 of them were muscle related, but it still messes with your brain when you have not gotten to your goal.

Best wishes on your recovery. 🙂

Thanks much! I’ve recovered physically but not mentally really. One of my pet goats gored me in the calf; her horn went in at least 3 inches! Spent days in the hospital and then about 8 weeks before I could walk around again. I’m back in the yard again but I carry a squirt bottle and kind of keep an eye out on her, can’t really relax and wonder if I ever will. The other 2 does (Dixie and Dot) are big mushes and Killer’s (Daisy) still sweet I just keep my distance a bit. Luckily, they all jump up on my kitchen windowsill for noshies of fruit and veggies…there she’s still my ‘Kitten.’

I’ve always loved a little escapism with a a good love story. Thanks for the great review. I just found you on voiceBoks and am so glad I did. Your own book looks adorable. I have a 10 year old girl who just loves dogs, so I will have to check this out for her. I’m happily following your site now and look forward to reading more from you!

Hi Kathy; thank you so much for your kind words and follow! I dittoed and am eager to read your “2011 Top Blog,” way to go girl. I’m just starting out so I’ve got oodles to learn. You have a very lovely family. Guess what? I’m from Northport too! Well, graduated from Half Hollow Hills H.S.E. in Dix Hills but moved to Northport soon after. Lived down in ‘The Pit.’ I’m happy to be in touch with an old neighbor! You know your 6-year old little guy might like LUCCI too as some are equating the story as a good bedtime read. I’d love to have you read the book. Would you consider reviewing it with your kids?
